OptiRent is a Ukrainian company specializing in the rental and sale of construction and special equipment, requiring a modern equipment rental platform. Founded in 2020, the company has quickly grown to serve over 1,000 clients, offering modern machinery from leading global manufacturers across the Kyiv region.
The company needed a comprehensive digital platform that would showcase their extensive equipment catalog, streamline the rental process, and provide customers with transparent pricing and easy access to booking. We developed a full-featured e-commerce website that serves as both a rental marketplace and a sales channel.

The Challenge
OptiRent operated in a competitive market where most equipment rental companies relied on outdated websites or simple listing pages. Customers had to call or visit in person to check availability, compare equipment specifications, and get pricing — a time-consuming process that created friction and lost potential deals.
The challenge was to build a platform that could handle a diverse inventory of heavy machinery — from excavators and mini-loaders to garden equipment — while providing an intuitive browsing experience with detailed specifications, transparent pricing, and seamless online ordering capabilities.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a modern e-commerce platform powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, tailored specifically for equipment rental. The solution features a dual-mode catalog that supports both rental and purchase options, with category-based navigation and advanced filtering to help customers quickly find the right machinery for their projects.
The platform integrates real-time pricing with hourly and shift-based rates, a discount system for long-term rentals (3+ days), and a streamlined checkout process. We also implemented comparison and wishlist features, allowing customers to evaluate multiple machines side by side before making a decision.

- Mobile-Responsive Design — fully adaptive layout ensures seamless browsing and ordering from any device on the construction site

Design Approach
The design follows a clean, professional aesthetic built around OptiRent’s brand colors — vibrant orange and neutral gray. The orange accents guide the user’s attention to key actions like pricing, CTAs, and navigation highlights, while the white background with subtle gray sections creates a structured, easy-to-scan layout that works well for technical content.
Typography and spacing were carefully chosen to present dense equipment specifications without overwhelming the user. Category icons provide visual shortcuts for quick navigation, and the hero section features bold messaging with real equipment photography to immediately communicate the company’s focus and professionalism.
