Zlata Consola
Multilingual real estate website for a construction and development company in Costa Brava, Spain. Full site versions in 4 languages with SEO optimization, project portfolios, and investor-focused content.
About the Project
Zlata Consola S.L. is a real estate development and construction company that needed a professional real estate website based in Costa Brava, Spain. Operating since 2018, the company builds and sells luxury villas, apartments, and townhouses across the region — including projects in Arenys de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Pineda de Mar, and Serra Brava. Their core principle is simple: “We sell what we build — We build what we sell.”
The company needed a multilingual website that would attract international buyers and investors while showcasing their portfolio of active construction projects. The site had to work equally well for Spanish, English, Russian, and Ukrainian-speaking audiences — with full SEO optimization for each language version.

The Challenge
Zlata Consola operates in a competitive international real estate market where buyers often search in their native language. The company needed to reach four distinct audience segments — Spanish locals, English-speaking expats, and Russian/Ukrainian investors — each requiring fully localized content, not just machine translations. Every project page, investor pitch, and contact form had to feel native in all four languages.
Beyond localization, each construction project required its own detailed presentation with specifications, visualizations, floor plans, construction progress galleries, and pricing — all structured for both user experience and search engine visibility. The site also needed to comply with Spanish legal requirements including GDPR, cookie consent, and privacy policies in every language.
Our Solution
We built a fully multilingual WordPress website with four complete language versions (EN, ES, RU, UA), each with its own URL structure and independent SEO metadata. The architecture uses dedicated page slugs per language rather than parameter-based switching, ensuring clean URLs and proper indexing for each locale. Yoast SEO handles structured data and sitemaps across all language variants.
The design centers on immersive full-width imagery and smooth scroll-triggered animations that bring each property to life. Individual project pages function as rich landing pages with hero visuals, specification tables, visualization carousels, downloadable floor plans, construction timelines, embedded location maps, and integrated inquiry forms — everything a buyer needs to make a decision without leaving the page.

Key Features
- 4-Language Architecture — Full site versions in English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian with dedicated URLs, localized content, and per-language SEO optimization
- Rich Project Pages — Each property has a detailed landing page with specs, visualization gallery, floor plans, construction progress photos, location map, and inquiry form
- Investor Section — Dedicated pages for real estate investors explaining legal compliance with Spanish regulations, investment benefits, and property appreciation potential
- Scroll-Triggered Animations — Smooth reveal effects and parallax elements create an immersive browsing experience that highlights the luxury positioning
- Construction Progress Galleries — Photo documentation of building phases builds buyer confidence by showing real construction work alongside 3D visualizations
- Integrated Contact Forms — Inquiry forms on every project page with GDPR-compliant consent checkboxes, reducing steps between interest and contact
- Multilingual SEO — Independent meta titles, descriptions, and structured data for each language version, with properly configured hreflang tags and language-specific sitemaps

Design Approach
The visual design uses a premium, restrained palette — soft teal accents against white and dark charcoal backgrounds — that lets the property imagery take center stage. Full-width hero sections with high-resolution 3D renders immediately communicate the quality of construction. Typography stays clean and modern, with generous spacing that reinforces the luxury feel without overwhelming the visitor.
Navigation adapts seamlessly across languages with a compact top bar featuring the language switcher alongside the main menu. The card-based project grid on the portfolio page uses hover effects and directional arrows to invite exploration, while individual project pages follow a clear vertical flow: hero → key specs → gallery → floor plans → progress → location → contact. Every section serves a purpose in the buyer’s decision-making journey.
