About the Project
Zoria 2 is a modern residential complex that needed a dedicated residential complex website developed by Osobnyak Centr, a construction company with 17 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. The complex is located in the Zamostia district on Striletska Street — a green, quiet area that still offers quick access to the city center and all essential infrastructure.
The developer needed a website that would serve as the primary sales channel for the complex — showcasing apartments, floor plans, infrastructure, and construction progress while converting visitors into scheduled showings. The site had to work both as an informational resource and as a lead generation tool with integrated contact forms and call-to-action elements throughout.

The Challenge
The residential market in Vinnytsia is competitive, with buyers making decisions largely based on what they see online before ever visiting a showroom. Osobnyak Centr needed more than a brochure site — they needed a full digital sales platform that could present the complex from every angle: location advantages, apartment layouts, construction quality, infrastructure, and parking options.
A key requirement was an interactive floor plan selector that lets buyers filter apartments by section, room count, floor, area, and view — then explore specific layouts in detail. The site also had to communicate trust through construction progress photo reports and developer credentials, addressing the common buyer concern of purchasing from a reliable builder.
Our Solution
We built a visually rich, single-page marketing website with dedicated sections for every aspect of the complex. The hero section immediately establishes the project’s identity with a full-width render of the finished complex and the tagline “Квартал комфортного життя” (A quarter of comfortable life). Below it, animated counters showcase the developer’s track record — built square meters, years of experience, completed projects, and apartments delivered.
The centerpiece is the interactive apartment selector — a separate tool built on top of a 3D bird’s-eye render of the entire complex. Buyers can click on building sections, apply filters (area, rooms, floor, view, features), and instantly see available units with pricing. Each layout opens a detailed floor plan view, making the apartment selection process self-service and reducing the load on sales managers.

Design Approach
The design blends a warm, inviting palette — golden tones, soft browns, and teal accents — with clean modern typography (Roboto and Roboto Slab). The warm color scheme intentionally evokes a sense of home and comfort, aligning with the “quarter of comfortable life” positioning. Full-width architectural renders and lifestyle photography dominate the visual language, letting the product speak for itself.
The page follows a narrative flow that mirrors a buyer’s decision journey: first impressions (hero + stats) → what’s being built (complex overview) → what’s nearby (infrastructure) → what you get (apartment features + plans) → why trust us (developer info + photo reports) → where it is (map) → next step (contact). Each section uses generous spacing, subtle shadow effects, and scroll-triggered animations to maintain engagement through a content-rich page.
